Cookies for kids!

Here is one that anyone can take hold of! Simply get a group of friends to bake a bunch of cookies for Casa de Esperanza. Ask your church if you can have a dedicated Sunday to sell the cookies and - then GO DO IT. If you can gather 100 dozen cookies and sell them for $5/dozen then you could raise $500 for the kids at CdE.

New Fundraising Project!

Christmas Gift: Beds for all the CdE kids...

We are in the process of trying to have new beds made for all the kids. Each of the beds will have a closet and four drawers so that the children can have a place just for themselves to keep their personal belongings. Right now they all share clothes and they don't have any place to keep the few personal posessions they own. This is going to be the christmas gift to our kids. The cost for each bed is $500 (per bunk set). The construction for the beds is of high quality and they will last for over twenty years. Some ideas that other congregations are implementing that you could use in your own church family include Casa Cookie Days or using your childrens' departments to help. We would like to have 10 to 15 bunks made. If you can contribute to this gift for the children please send it to the donation address listed at the top of this page. If you have other ideas to share about how a congregation can raise funds as a community, please email us and we will post your idea here.

If you've got old cells phones in a drawer somewhere, WE WANT THEM! We can take them off your hands, whether they are working or not. This cell phone drive will raise funds for Casa de Esperanza as well as benefit other good causes when the phones are recycled and refurbished.
